When I first started off making cakes, I used to buy various icing types at the store. I had tried the chocolate icing, the cream cheese icing, the white icing... They never seemed to taste as good as the icing on store bought cakes, nor did they ever taste as good as the icing on homemade cakes from my friend's birthday parties.

 I started researching Buttercream Icing, and feel in love with Homemade Icing. I haven't looked back since that moment!
